The short version

Our return policy.

  • 30 days from delivery to start a return on any Forgely-branded filament.
  • Unopened spools: full refund, you cover return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or off-spec: full refund or replacement — we cover the return label.
  • Printed samples don’t disqualify you.If a lot didn’t print right, send a photo of the failure and the lot number; we’ll investigate and make it right.

Send your order number, the lot number (on the spool label), and the reason. We’ll reply with the return label and instructions.

Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. We’ll check on yours.
