- Was my card charged?
- If you got the order confirmation email, yes. If not, the charge was almost certainly a pre-auth that drops in a few days. Send us the order number from Forgely3d.com or ForgelyRoy.com and we’ll confirm.
- Can I change the billing address on a past invoice?
- Yes — message us with the order number and the corrected address. We’ll reissue a fresh PDF.
- Do you offer net terms?
- Net-30 is available on wholesale accounts (50+ spools / mo). See Wholesale & Bulk.
